Community Surveys
Community surveys play an essential role in gathering high-quality, actionable feedback from our community. This is vital to ensure that we provide the best possible education to the children at Waterside Primary Academy.
We hold annual staff and parent surveys at the end of every academic year which we analyse to identify areas of strength and actions for further school improvement. The most recent surveys are below:

This year, we have introduced a new Community Working Group. The aim of this group is to provide an open forum for more regular feedback to the Senior leadership Team and the Local Governing Body. We currently have five parent representatives on this panel, with all parents able to attend the meetings should they wish. Every meeting will be attended by our headteacher, Mr Daniel Atherton, our Deputy Head, Miss Colleen Duggan and will be chaired by a member of the Local Advisory Committee.

Pupil Voice
Every half term, we have a pupil voice survey on a curriculum subject or aspect of school life at Waterside. The results of the surveys are uploaded below, along with actions identified from these.
